Just 20 minutes from Sherman, 30 minutes from Gainsville, 10 minutes from Denison and 40 minutes from McKinney TX. The nearest boat ramp is 2 miles from our facility at Highport Marina.
The fully enclosed 12x30 units are approximately 9 feet tall, and the 12x40 units are approximately 11 feet tall. The outdoor, uncovered parking is approximately 12x45 feet per space. We do not offer any other sizes. If you do not see one of these options available to rent, then they are currently all occupied. The online move-in process is best when completed on a computer or laptop, not on a mobile or tablet. Have ready your government issued ID, boat, vehicle or RV information and method of payment. After registration, a lease agreement will be emailed to you to complete prior to move-in. The lease must be completed, and a valid picture of the leaseholder's ID must be provided before you can access the facility and your new unit.

- Head north on Grayson St toward S Main St
- Turn left onto FM 120 W
- Turn right onto TX-316 Spur
- Keep right to continue on Preston Bend Rd

From Denison, TX:
- Head north on N Austin Ave/N Eisenhower Pkwytoward W Woodard St
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto US-69 N/N Eisenhower Pkwy
- Turn left onto FM 84 W/Texoma Dr
- Turn left onto FM406
- Turn left onto Preston Bend Rd

From Whitesboro, TX:
- Head north on US-377 BUS N/N Union St toward Mineral St
- Follow US-82 E to TX-289 N. Take the TX-289 exit from US-82 E
- Turn left onto US-377 N
- Turn right after Pizza Hut (on the right)
- Take the ramp on the left onto US-82 E
- Take the TX-289 exit toward Airport/Pottsboro/Dallas
- Keep left to continue toward TX-289 N
- Turn left onto TX-289 N

- Head west on Oklahoma Ave toward Plantation Ave

I have to admit, I hate having to call business for things I should be able to do online. Especially in a place like Pottsboro, it's nearly impossible... UNLESS you use Tortoise Storage. I moved in online and was immediately emailed and texted the gate code, I pay automatically, I can move out online. I have never spoken to anyone that works here and I LOVE IT!
